Reservation Policy:
• To guarantee the reservation a 30% deposit is required.
• The balance due has to be settled 48 hours before departure.

Cancellation Policy:
• 30 days to 15 before arrival 25% of the deposit will be kept.
• 14 days to 1 day before arrival 50% of the deposit will be kept.
• The day of arrival 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
• In case of unscheduled departure a 50% of the entire remaining stays.

Villa Policies:
• Smoking is allowed within the Villas.
• Pets allowed.
• Check-in time 14:00 p.m.
• Check-out time 10:00 a.m. (flexible time during low and off season).
• House cleaning anywhere between 10:00 a.m. & 15:00 p.m.
